Enquiry privacy

Know where your question goes.

Choose how you contact Upnova. A saved enquiry and a WhatsApp draft handle your details differently. This website does not collect payments or complete enrolments.

When you send an enquiry.

Choosing “Send my enquiry” saves your name, supplied contact details, course interest, experience, goal, preferred contact method and consent record in Upnova’s enquiry database. The authorised team can review it, record a follow-up status and contact you about that enquiry using your chosen method.

Enquiry consent does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Records older than 90 days are removed during routine cleanup, which runs when a new enquiry is successfully submitted or the authorised owner next opens the enquiry desk. This is an enquiry service, not a student-record system.

When you prepare a WhatsApp draft.

The draft stays in the page’s browser memory. It is not saved to the enquiry database or browser storage, and refreshing or leaving the page clears it. Choosing “Continue in WhatsApp” includes the draft in a WhatsApp link, so that service receives its text when the link opens. You still choose whether to send the message. WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

Who can see saved enquiries?

Enquiry review requires a signed-in account explicitly authorised for that work. General website sign-in does not give access to enquiry records. The site uses temporary checks to limit repeated submissions, and the hosting provider may separately process access information needed to operate the service.

Please leave passwords, payment details and private documents out of your message. If you need to share something sensitive, first ask the team for an appropriate method.

Optional Google Analytics.

Google Analytics and Upnova’s action counts start only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the footer. Keeping analytics off does not stop you from reading courses, sending an enquiry or preparing a WhatsApp draft. Your choice is separate from permission to contact you about an enquiry.

Google Analytics helps Upnova understand visits, traffic sources, course interest and website interactions. When allowed, Google receives usage, browser, device and network information and uses cookies to recognise a browser across visits. This is third-party analytics, not an anonymous first-party counter. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this installation.

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text or enquiry references to Google Analytics. Our custom events contain the action, a broad course identifier and, where relevant, a public article identifier. After analytics is allowed, this tab remembers the last guide you read in session storage so a later confirmed enquiry can be associated with that guide. The article identifier contains no contact or message information and is cleared when analytics is turned off. A saved enquiry can produce a “generate_lead” event after the server confirms success; preparing a draft or clicking WhatsApp does not prove that a message was sent or an admission happened.

Private enquiry-management pages are excluded. Page addresses sent by this installation omit query strings and fragments, and referrers are limited to the referring origin. Article search text and checklist answers stay in the page and are not included in our custom tracking events. Visits with unrecognised query parameters are excluded from Google Analytics to avoid collecting personal information accidentally placed in an address.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days, with expiry renewed on permitted visits. Your allow/off choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear site storage. Choose “Change preference” in the footer to turn analytics off: this stops collection, removes this site’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page. This does not delete data Google already received. Google’s Privacy Policy explains its processing.

Upnova’s optional action counts.

Alongside Google Analytics, the same choice permits daily totals for broad course interest and actions such as course views, draft preparation, draft copies, WhatsApp clicks and phone clicks. These first-party totals do not include names, messages, contact details, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. A click is not proof of a sent message, a connected call or an admission.

First-party totals older than 90 days are removed when the next permitted action is counted. Previously collected aggregate totals cannot be linked back to you. Turning analytics off stops new optional counts.
